WHAT GIVES THE CMA NETWORK THE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE
EXPOSURE: Members utilize the opportunity to share their
listings with CMA Network Members from other offices, to
discuss the details, answer questions, and share the advantages
of their listings within their support group.
ADVICE: Members have the advantages of receiving advice from
others in the group about how the home's presentation affects
the viewers of the property. Some members will have the
opportunity to preview the property and fill out customized
comment cards to retrieve pertinent feedback about your
home.
FEEDBACK: Other Network members will offer feedback
through customized comment cards to retrieve pertinent
information in regards to your property. Some members will
also offer feedback on the effectiveness of the marketing
techniques with regards to listings, and how these techniques
might affect the buyer. Understanding the marketing aspect
helps the listing agent spend marketing dollars more wisely.
MARKETING: CMA Network Members have access to their own
Marketing Division and listing team. Our team offers
customized marketing flyers, radio and print advertising,
placement in hot listing directories, web advertising,
promotional campaigns targeting credit unions human
resource departments, investors, out of area Real Estate agents,
and other marketing tools to provide the ultimate marketing
experience.
 PRESENTATION INPUT: Members receive input from other agents
in the Network regarding what can be done to improve a
listing's appearance and curb appeal. Curb appeal or the lack
thereof, can make or break a deal before it even happens.
SUPPORT: CMA Members support each other by taking clients to
see listings procured by fellow Network members. The most
effective way to sell a property is through another agent with
whom you have built a rapport.
VALUE SYSTEM: Members take comfort in knowing they're
working with trusted agents who share the same values, and
who conduct themselves with a sense of integrity and
trustworthiness. Moral support and answers to difficult
questions are available from other members who support one
another unselfishly.
FAMILIARITY: Members have the opportunity to develop good
working relationships with other agents and share the
common goal of a successful transaction with them.
ACCOUNTABILITY: The Network helps members set goals, which
is an essential component of accountability, to themselves, to
fellow members, and to clients. Members meet regularly in
order to help one another become the best agents in the
industry.
CARAVAN: The Network sets up its own caravan to preview our
agents' newest listings. There is no greater compliment for any
seller than to have an abundance of Network Members preview
their home.
PLAN OF ACTION: The CMA Network Marketing Team will
retain the services of a professional advertising company that
will create a well planned multiple marketing campaign
targeting buyers for our sellers, and sellers for our buyers.
